Common Questions

If you’ve experienced three or more symptoms persistently throughout the last 6 months, you meet the criteria for anxiety:
restlessness or feeling keyed up or on edge
easily fatigued
difficulty concentrating or mind going blank
irritability
muscle tension
sleep disturbance such as difficulty falling or staying asleep, or restless and unsatisfying sleep
Don’t worry, though, because it’s not a disease and it’s not permanent. There are many success stories from people who’ve found relief from lifestyle changes and evidence based therapy.

Evidence Based Therapies that Work Best For Anxiety
Best Treatment for Anxiety
The source of anxiety is different for different people, but there are common threads among us that we can address to find relief including lifestyle, community or environment, childhood trauma, genetics, and more. The goal of our time together will be to help you find more immediate relief from the symptoms that occur regularly with evidence based practices to “biohack” your body into feeling a sense of calm, as well as to find the root cause(s) of your anxiety and help you unlearn and unwind from those stressors. My practice addresses each of the facets related to anxiety for a holistic and lasting wellness approach.
For issues outside of my scope of practice, I will provide referrals to other providers and centers. You will walk away with more support than you had before when working with me.
