A holistic approach means serving the whole person. It recognizes your emotional needs, support system, how you care for yourself, and the environmental conditions around you. The goal of therapy isn’t to replace your community, but to help guide you towards the resources you need to be a whole, thriving human individually and in your community.
I work with many clients on relaxation exercises to manage symptoms relating to anxiety or depression, grief and life transition counseling, trauma recovery, as well as relationship and parenting support. Together, we’ll find the cadence, evidence based therapies, and resources that best support you.
