Mental Health Treatment in Sherwood
Marryland Therapy & Consultation
In Person Therapy Appointments
Enjoy an individual or family therapy session in the comfort of a private, homelike clinic space in North Little Rock, near Sherwood. I have extensive experience in making the home whole again with individual mental health, couples, and family counseling, and am dedicated to helping clients meet goals that will increase their quality of family and life.
Online, Teletherapy Appointments
Not available or comfortable with sessions in person? Not a problem. I use secure, HIPPA compliant telehealth video meet software to make your at-home therapy experience seamless. I’ll help you relief from persistent symptoms that may seem “out of control” in regard to your mental health. These appointments are available throughout the week, evenings, and weekend by request.
Premarital, Couples Counseling Program
More than just scheduling an appointment: commit to starting off your marriage with a strong foundation. This is a 6-12 weekly session available in person or online, depending on what suits you best. As a certified premarital counselor, we’ll help you develop wise, common ground for your marriage and family values, boundaries, roles, beliefs, and communication practices.

Do you have a goal - even one as fluid as quality of life - that you’ve tried to reach with little success? Therapy is accountability, comfort, evidence based practices (like cheat codes for the body), and sound guidance. If you could use that in your life, then you’ll likely benefit from therapy.

How To Know If Therapy Is Right For You
Sherwood Mental Health Counseling
Your personal experiences, history, community, and current health will make your mental health and wellness journey unique, but one thing all people have in common is the need for connection, sound counsel, and emotional support.
Therapy is the place for all of the above. If you aren’t sure what you need, what goals you have, or if I’m the right person for your specific needs, call me or fill out a form to ask. I’m happy to set an appointment or refer you to another provider if needed.
Therapy may be right for you if you have any of the following:
Persistent symptoms that you find hard to control or manage
Lack of direction or excessive stress around a major life transition like marriage, divorce, birth of children, loss or grief, natural disaster, or career change
Hope for better behavior or relationship between you and your child
Hope for better communication, common values, and direction with your fiancé or spouse
We are in network with most major insurance providers. We accept debit and credit card payments for out of pocket and out of network provider coverage. We accept Arkansas Medicaid.
